Our approach to recruiting designers is simple. We charge a single, fixed recruitment fee of just £4000, we take time to understand your organisation’s recruitment needs and only send you CVs of design candidates that we think will fit in at your company.

They train – you gain

But our way of recruiting designers isn't the usual recruitment agency flannel - this is where we really make a difference: once you have selected your design recruit, we arrange for them to attend up to three creative training courses at our training centre.

Our interest are aligned with yours

Our belief is that traditional recruitment agencies add little or no value to their recruitment clients, charging high fees for passing CVs around and negotiating higher salaries for their candidates to inflate their recruitment fee further, and then they leave the future development of your new recruit to you. Our fixed fee approach means our interests are aligned with yours - a good return on investment for your recruitment budget. We also provide an ongoing discount from our training courses for your entire business.

And we guarantee that we will not approach any of your staff, including any we have placed, in order to move them on to another company. Our repeat business is with 'you' not the candidate.
