Recruiting new staff is one of the most important decisions for a company. We want your mind to be free from issues when you make your choice.
In the ideal world you should be recruiting for attitude and personality, but in reality you have to take into account issues like capping a salary offer because of the increasing recruitment fee your recruitment agency charges, or, in the back of your mind you are thinking about how much extra time it will take to get this new recruit up to speed with your software.
Quite often these concerns have an effect at the start of the recruitment process, in the job description: when you add a particular software package, or even a version of that software, you limit the pool of recruitment candidates available to you and could be excluding the star recruit that will really make a difference.
Recruitment the way it should be
Our belief is that traditional recruitment agencies add little or no value to their clients, charging high fees for passing CVs around and negotiating higher salaries for their candidates to inflate their fees further, and then they leave the further development of your new recruit to you.
Our approach to recruitment is, we hope you’ll agree, refreshingly simple. We charge a single, reasonable recruitment fee of just £4000, we take time to understand your organisation and only send you CVs of candidates that we think will fit in.
They train – you gain
But our offering isn’t the usual recruitment agency yadda-yadda - this is where we really make a difference and add value: once you have selected your new recruit, we arrange for them to attend up to three training courses at our training centre, and we make sure that the courses are absolutely relevant to your organisation.
And we guarantee that we will not approach your staff, including any we have placed, in order to move them on to another company. Our repeat business is ‘you’ not the candidate.
